Celeste M. Romulo (Philippine Women’s University)
Celeste is an Associate Professor in Music Education at the Philippine Women’s University. She is a frequent resource person/ lecturer in teachers’ seminars and workshops for elementary and high school teachers in different regions in the Philippines. She has presented at the Asia-Pacific Symposium for Music Education Research (APSMER) and at the International Society for Music Education (ISME) World Conference. She continues to engage in research on the traditional cultural practices of Marinduque with the aim of developing classroom materials from these. Celeste finished her graduate degree in Music Education at the Centro Escolar University.

Celeste在菲律賓女子大學音樂教育系擔任副教授，她經常於菲律賓不同地區的中小學擔任講師，亦曾在亞太音樂教育研討會（APSMER）和國際音樂教育學會（ISME）上演講。她持續研究Marinduque傳統文化並致力於開發上課教材。她在菲律賓中央大學完成音樂教育的碩士學位。
